FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Returns and exchanges must be requested for regular priced items within 7 days. NO EXCEPTIONS. We have the right to refuse exchanges or returns if items have been damaged.
Customer Service is available Monday-Friday from 9-7pm and Saturdays from 10-5PM. Customer service requests may be made by utilizing the chat feature on our website or by email ONLY.
All discounted items are FINAL SALE!
ALL orders placed after Saturday at 12noon CST will be processed for shipping the following Monday.
FAF will send all tracking numbers within 48 hours of shipping.
